Let me preface my review by stating that my husband and I are pretty easygoing people who just want a comfortable room at a decent price and are able to overlook petty issues. When I read reviews, I am looking for an honest opinion on bed comfort, pool temperature, and breakfast options. So, at minimum that's what our review will address. Let's start with the pool. Although the website clearly lists a pool as an included amenity and I booked the hotel solely for this reason, the pool was closed and clearly not just for a day or two. In fact, a response by management to another review states it is down for construction for the season. Fine...but take it off your website as an amenity. We had a very difficult time finding the right entrance to use to get to our room and ended up parking what seemed like a mile away. There are no elevators and we had several heavy suitcases, so getting our luggage in the room was not a pleasant experience. The exterior looked pretty sketchy with people hanging around the parking lot, a few apparent homeless people and what looked to be some long-term residents. The room was in dire need of some TLC. A coat of paint and a picture or two would have really helped. There was something red on the wall above the headboard, which we assured our child was not blood. Indeed, it may have been blood. The beds were pretty comfortable and bug free. The bathroom counter and mirror were extremely low. The electrical outlet box where the AC was plugged in, was just lying on the floor under the AC. There were not enough outlets in the room. Several light bulbs were burned out. Although I had hot water for my shower, my son took a shower after me and his water was ice cold. Breakfast had cereal, waffles, bananas, apples, bagels, muffins, and bread. There were cold sausage patties and eggs in the refrigerator that could be heated up in the microwave. The OJ was weak but the apple juice was good. We were on a road trip across the country and stayed in 13 different hotel rooms in 15 different states and this by far was the worst room we experienced.

Had I know I would never have reserved here. We get to our room 155 it smells of pure urine. There is a person in room to the right of us with 3 huge pit bulls mix barking up a storm. Fridge broken, rusted and wobbly. Coffee maker doesn’t work if it did at this point I’m scared to try and even drink coffee. Sheets all stained on one bed. I will NEVER stay here again. Nor do I recommend anyone who expects a decent room to stay here. This place is literally disgusting in more than one form.

We had a wonderful experience while staying here!
We aren’t looking for five star accommodations when we travel. We want a clean room and possibly free breakfast. That’s not a lot since we actually spend very little time at the hotels we stay in while traveling.
From the start, we were most pleasantly met, after a long day of driving, by the attendant, Ho. He was super welcoming!
The room was exactly as stated. Clean, ready for two weary travelers.
The entire three nights here were without issue and I even had the chance to meet the manager, Keana, as well as Katie, and they were most pleasant.
Overall, a great value and most welcoming.
If you are looking for affordable and with a staff that genuinely cares, you can stop here and get the rest you need on your trip.
Oh, and they have the hotel waffles if you are into those!

Very low budget. Does just enough to keep the doors open. Toilet seat was broke. Towel holder was broken in shower fixed with tape. Perfect spot for mold to grow. Asked for the broken coffee pot to be replaced. Wasn’t. Had to take my own trash out. And get my own trash bags. Pool was closed. Overall it was cheap sort of. But quality sucked.

Rooms were run down not taken care of. Lots of damage . Staff was friendly however they require deposit. People outside smoking and being loud and gas station in same parking lot made me uneasy during my stay but not crazy or didn’t feel like crime’s happening so it wasn’t horrible
Bed hard like a rock
No bed cover
