This is the best Indian food in Colorado! The most authentic and rich flavors, everything is so good and and the quality is amazing. I come here over and over again.

This place was really good. My first time trying this type of food and the staff were super nice and able to walk us through the menu. Would definitely come here again. Don’t be scared of trying new things!! Also, the portions are huge.

I was in search of an authentic Indian restaurant in Longmont, CO. I tried a few and even though some came close but none met the expected authenticity. Today, we visited Fort Collins for a different reason and came across Bawarchi Biryanis, Fort Collins. The vibe and aroma were irresistible. We decided to try this one. We ordered Chilli chicken, Hyderabadi chicken curry, garlic Naan, Chole bhature and Hyderabadi chicken biryani. I was already salivating from the aroma, and the taste didn’t disappoint either. Hyderabadi chicken curry had already activated all of my taste buds, but the biryani just took it to another level. Best thing was, that even though the spice level was medium, the authenticity of flavours was not compromised. My wife could already see more than 5 starts twinkling in my eyes. I can wholeheartedly say that this is the most authentic Indian restaurant that I have eaten at in Colorado as of now.

Well from the uk I have experience of both great an bad Indian restaurants. I love a good vindaloo. I ordered the chicken vindaloo, hot, and bindi as a side. That actually comes as a meal here in the USA. It was a great vindaloo, better than average in UK terms. HOWEVER next day I suffered horrendous diarrhea for over 12 hours. So there must have been something wrong with the meal. It tasted fine. I will go again and give them a 2nd chance. But they need to know.

This place was recommended by a friend from India. Let's be honest, the waitress has a language barrier issue and does not have recommendations to offer. The sauce for butter Masada was fantastic, authentic, but you can only get it with cheese or shrimp. The shrimp was way overcooked. Rhe Gobi and paneer (cauliflower/cheese) arr very good, but if you ask for mild, you get hot; ask for hot, you get hot... needs a little work. Got the combo and the leg and wing tandoori were juicy and delicious, the breast was too dry and the lamb chop was overcooked. Totally forgot our Naan. I would like to give this place another shot, a little tweaking with the chef and overcooked items, and this could be 4 or more stars.
