So glad we got to go to Big City Burrito again. My COVID budget didn't let me go to restaurants. EVERYTHING is still great❣️Prices are good, food is STILL great, and the service continues to be wonderful. Thanks Big City Burrito. Hope to make you a habit again!
Warning! Ask about prices! I’ve been coming to this location for years. This morning I came to get a phat Tuesday burrito with no extras. I asked the front if they still did it because I didn’t see the signs. She said yes, at the end she said that will be $7.50. I asked that’s past Tuesday burrito she said yes we increased the price by a couple dollars. Wow! Never again, don’t go the burrito wasn’t even good, the potatoes are mushy and the burrito was the smallest I’ve got. Shame on you owner!
Big City Burrito is a refreshing remnant of a time I never experienced because I wasn't even born yet. Seemingly run by college students for college students, for a pretty good price (~$10-15), I've consistently gotten some of the best burritos I've ever had. They've got multiple flavors of tortilla, an incredible selection of meats, and more bottles of unique hot sauces than I have ever seen gathered in one place. I love this place. Also, they've got great specials every day of the week that'll save you a lot of money!
I paid 35 dollars for two medium-sized burritos and one large drink. Yes, I did get guacamole on those burritos. They were mere squirts. I specifically went there thinking, " Oh, I better cut back on money and grab something affordable. How about burritos?" I've been here since they had opened in the 90s. I came with a Mexican teenager who has refined taste in burritos. And dude, next time, I will spend my money on burritos at a taco truck on North College. Big City Burrito is delicious and fresh. But I'm going to make some burritos at home for a while. And go Mexican. Big City Burrito will have to be for a certain class of professionals or CSU students who come with money. I'm not waiting for a dollar of a potato burrito on Tuesdays. This is my town too. Although the workers their are innocent and even food prices are driven up for us all, I'm not eating at Taco Bell. But, I have officially been driven out of Big City Burrito. It is frustrating not to be able to casually afford eating out.
