One of the better hotels I've stayed in. My only complaint is that it's slightly more expensive than it probably should be. I paid roughly $150 for one night that came with no breakfast or extras. There was a nice tiny pool and hot tub which I used, but other than that not a whole lot extra. There was one issue and I really should have rated this stay a three star instead. I reserved a room with a king bed. What I received instead was a room with two queen beds. I was by myself so it wasn't a big deal. I didn't need a huge bed, but if I had my wife with me I would have been annoyed.

BEWARE! This hotel will not be kind if you make an honest mistake in booking even when you give them notice of the error and you try to correct it. I booked tickets through a company online and mistakenly selected the wrong day (I selected the day I was making the reservation instead of the following day as my arrival day). I called the hotel right away to let them know that I wouldn’t be arriving the night it was booked, but rather the night after and that I was working with the 3rd party who I purchased the tickets through to fix the error. 3rd party was willing to get on the phone with me the next day (day after I was suppose to stay) to help work out the issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I was simply wanting to change my check in day. I called at 8am, 9am, 10am and finally around 11am the manager made it in according to the front desk clerk. I was told by this hotel that because I was a no show and because I didn’t let them know ahead of time they could not switch my check in day. I explained that I did call the night before to let them know the situation and that I wouldn’t be coming in that night, but rather would be arriving the following night. Explained I could provide them with proof of my phone call to the hotel the night before. They wouldn’t budge. They were very rude to me on the phone and the front desk clerk hung up on me. They kept my $250 dollars and didn’t feel bad about it. A mother/daughter trip I had planned out was ruined and never happened. I will never recommend nor stay at this chain of hotels if this is how they are to their paying customers.

You won't get a complimentary breakfast here, it's made to order and you will pay $15.00 per person for it. You will get free coffee and its tastes like it. After checking in (approx 2pm) I walked the lobby and cafe. The tables were covered with food / stains from breakfast and had not been properly cleaned. The furniture in the common area is "well used" and needs updating. They do advertise a cafe and lounge where you can order a beer, but fortunately for use it was closed. I went into the fitness center to check it out and was immediately locked out as my freshly coded key cards didn't work. So I loaded up the bellman's cart with my luggage and took the elevator to the fourth floor, and when the doors opened I was greeted by a large housekeeping cart parked right in front of the elevator doors, and no housekeeper in sight. I couldn't get out of the elevator without moving the trash cart. I had to jam the elevator doors with my cart in order to do this....all while the elevator buzzer going off. Then I went to my room and found a very dark entry way, caused by a room divider. The room furnishings were really tired and in need of updating. The furniture and room partition were made of cheap particle board and laminate with sharp edges. The laminate was separating everywhere and looked terrible No hand towels in the bathroom to wash up with.!! After several minutes of waiting and wasting water....NO hot water supply from the bathroom sink. Remote control for the TV didn't work properly. I could go on...but why..! This concept hotel probably looked great 10-15 years ago, but lipstick on a pig won't work anymore, and a poorly trained housekeeping staff just makes matters worse.

Nice, reasonable hotel. Had a great bed, and the softest towels I've ever had at a hotel before. The walls are extremely thin though, and we could hear our neighbors easily.

I paid $137 for a suite that I thought had a jacuzzi tub. The only thing it came with was an extra tv and a couch which I didn’t need. Didn’t come with breakfast and was charged $16 dollars for a sandwich and chips that was only supposed to be $13. The rooms were clean and staff was somewhat nice. But highly disappointed about the cost of everything! I was told that Fort Collins doesn’t have Jacuzzi tubs in any of their hotels because of how small of a city they are but I know for a fact that Greeley has Jacuzzi tubs and we are smaller than Fort Collins!
