Nice, reasonable hotel. Had a great bed, and the softest towels I've ever had at a hotel before. The walls are extremely thin though, and we could hear our neighbors easily.

When we walked into the hotel it was clean, modern and impressive looking. The room we had was rough, cracked bathroom sink, discolored ceiling throughout, peeling wallpaper and finish coming off of the decorative partition between setting are and bedroom. Huge dust collection hanging from the bathroom vent, the Remotes to both TVs didn't work, empty conditioner bottle in the shower, USB charging outlet by desk didn't work. Room was rough looking and in need of up-keeping. Gave it a 3 stars because of clean well kept entry, hallways but nothing for the room 220.

I paid $137 for a suite that I thought had a jacuzzi tub. The only thing it came with was an extra tv and a couch which I didn’t need. Didn’t come with breakfast and was charged $16 dollars for a sandwich and chips that was only supposed to be $13. The rooms were clean and staff was somewhat nice. But highly disappointed about the cost of everything! I was told that Fort Collins doesn’t have Jacuzzi tubs in any of their hotels because of how small of a city they are but I know for a fact that Greeley has Jacuzzi tubs and we are smaller than Fort Collins!

Overall I was not pleased with the room. The beds were horrible. No matter where you laid on the bed you sank into it. The pillows were really uncomfortable. The couch was worn and you sank down in the middle of it. There was peeling wall paper everywhere. There were poorly patched holes throughout in doors and the walls. The connection center for devices in the wall was coming out. You could hear everything going on as the walls and floors were really hollow. Waiting to hear back from the general manager on remedying the poor state of the room.

BEWARE! This hotel will not be kind if you make an honest mistake in booking even when you give them notice of the error and you try to correct it.
I booked tickets through a company online and mistakenly selected the wrong day (I selected the day I was making the reservation instead of the following day as my arrival day). I called the hotel right away to let them know that I wouldn’t be arriving the night it was booked, but rather the night after and that I was working with the 3rd party who I purchased the tickets through to fix the error. 3rd party was willing to get on the phone with me the next day (day after I was suppose to stay) to help work out the issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I was simply wanting to change my check in day. I called at 8am, 9am, 10am and finally around 11am the manager made it in according to the front desk clerk. I was told by this hotel that because I was a no show and because I didn’t let them know ahead of time they could not switch my check in day. I explained that I did call the night before to let them know the situation and that I wouldn’t be coming in that night, but rather would be arriving the following night. Explained I could provide them with proof of my phone call to the hotel the night before. They wouldn’t budge. They were very rude to me on the phone and the front desk clerk hung up on me. They kept my $250 dollars and didn’t feel bad about it. A mother/daughter trip I had planned out was ruined and never happened.
I will never recommend nor stay at this chain of hotels if this is how they are to their paying customers.
