Food made my whole family Sick 🤢
Avoid this place, had to reach out to customer service about this. Customer service was extremely rude as they did not want to issue a credit. I had reached out 6-7 times btw. Finally got my credit after around 2-3 weeks. Plus they gave us our food all sloppy.
Fast to take customers money but extremely slow to resolve issues.
The guac was dark green the past two times I been ordering, not fresh.
Plenty of other choices around here that will have better food, better customer service and will give you the food neater and not messy. This was a pick up order too.

Mixed reactions on this one/visit. My burrito had to be made 3 different times. It took 3 different employees to make it. My girlfriend got a (an) burrito bowl. There was a lot of juice left in/on it. We had also gotten a (an) large chips and queso and a chips and salsa. The chips were stale and had to get/ask for another bag. My girlfriend was told multiple times that her/the salsa while we were still ordering. When we got to our car we saw that we had not gotten it. When she went back into the store to get it, they seemed very annoyed and gave her the smallest container of (the) salsa. There was plenty of staff, they just seemed to want to stand right by each other and chit chat instead of helping the customer.

A burrito place that can’t roll a burrito. Have gone to this location several times over the past few years and every time…literally every time I get a burrito the contents of it are falling out of both ends. If I wanted a burrito bowl I’d get a burrito bowl. Also my wife gets the tacos and unless you specifically ask for them to put meat in all three taco shells they take one scoop and try to spread it over all three shells. Not impressed, highly disappointed.

Fast service with a smile! I'm a big fan of the chicken bowl with a tortilla on the side. Isabel and her crew were top notch tonight! It says a lot about a restaurants culture when employees are enjoying their work. Great work Isabel!

They don’t deserve a 1. Zero is more fitting. Forgot my order and the manager argued and never apologized. They blamed door dash. Lol. Amanda you need help.
