Smallest portions I’ve ever received. Had to ask for extra of the everything and employee acted incensed by my request. Guacamole was mostly two giant chunks of avocado and was significantly browned (see photo). This is not the quality control one expects from chipotle.
Sloppiest burrito I've ever received and no worry was given about it. I watched her slap it together and then proceed to just double wrap it in foil. The same thing happened to my friend's burrito. It was tasty but for $20 that's really annoying.
Food made my whole family Sick 🤢 Avoid this place, had to reach out to customer service about this. Customer service was extremely rude as they did not want to issue a credit. I had reached out 6-7 times btw. Finally got my credit after around 2-3 weeks. Plus they gave us our food all sloppy. Fast to take customers money but extremely slow to resolve issues. The guac was dark green the past two times I been ordering, not fresh. Plenty of other choices around here that will have better food, better customer service and will give you the food neater and not messy. This was a pick up order too.
Sloppy soaking wet burrito that was somehow cold as well, soaking wet tacos (amazing, since there weren't even any beans to not get drained well enough), forgot the guacamole to our order of chips and guac and the chips were stale as hell. Overall, I'd say the only way you could have gotten this worse was to give us all food poisoning, though I'll have to wait and see on that front.
I guess when chipolte sees that someone orders through the app they just short hand them food because they don’t see them making it. It’s an absolute waste to order online if you aren’t going to give us the same amount of food as if we were ordering in person. We just ordered two burritos from the Harmony Chipotle and 80% of the burrito was tortilla and when you try to call them all you get is the robot talking to you. NO SOLUTION AT ALL!
