Whoever made my food today deserves a kiss on the mouth. I couldn’t tell ya what it was about it, but dangit I’ve never had a burrito bowl smack me in the face quite the same before. Whatever the staff was today, keep ‘em happy.
I hesitate to do this. I love Chipotle. I love it more than any burrito place. I love the food. All of it. I love the video of the little kid going, "OMG, I love Chipotle!" I even own Chipotle stock. But something's wrong at this location. I've ordered online from this location at least three times. Each time, my burrito bowl is barely half full. Same with my wife's. The portions are all out-of-whack. Very little rice, very little chicken, but there's about a quart of sour cream. The chicken is cut weirdly, too: large chunks, many of which aren't completely separated. There's nothing worse than cracking open that aluminum top and seeing a meek, limp little mound of food that looks like it was constructed in less than ten seconds. It makes me sad. A bowl should be full. Plump. Proud. With all that said, the online ordering experience is still great. They've gotten my order right each time, with a tortilla on the side and plasticware in the bag. And the food still tastes good. There's just a criminally tiny amount of it. I want to love this location. It's the closest one to my house. But (*Karen voice*) I may be exploring other options if things don't change.
Parking can sometimes be hard but the staff makes up for it! Great location the never disappoint in making our food!
I went in to pick up a burrito for lunch and the lady behind the counter did not know how to roll a burrito as all of the ingredients fell out of the burrito as she was rolling it.....she tried to wrap the burrito with the ingredients that fell out by just stuffing the lost ingredients in the foil hoping I would not notice. When I asked her to remake the burrito she looked at her co-worker and rolled her eyes. She remade the burrito correctly while being quite rude to me. I thanked her for rewrapping the burrito and she just looked at me with annoyance..... When you pay 10 dollars for a burrito I expect the ingredients to actually make it in the burrito and if you fail to wrap the burrito, you should not treat your customers with annoyance....
Asked for a burrito with the shell on the side 5x and was still charged for a bowl and charged for the shell as well. This is not what Chipotle advertises. I guess it's poor management no training. But I'm sure that Noone cares at this location to fix the issue.
