We had to leave our house for a couple days due to renovations so I called Comfort Suites today. I asked them if they had any rooms available tonight. The man who answered the phone said we don't serve locals, I asked why and he said YOU CAN'T GET A ROOM HERE IF YOUR LOCAL and hung up on me. I'm glad I didn't stay there with that kind of customer service.

Mother’s Day nightmare. The sheets looked like they had blood stains, the towels didn’t smell clean, and the drain in the bathtub didn’t work. On top of this, the heavy set woman at the front desk with heavy accent disrespected my mother when we were leaving. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Good location for visiting friends. Room and bed were clean. This a hotel
that needs serious TLC and upgrades.
Scuff marks on doors, furniture peeling. Bathroom was clean but clearly outdated and in need of improvements. It is a very busy hotel but the hotel chain needs to make changes. Pool heater has not worked for a week. Breakfast could be better…watery scrambled eggs, no hard boiled eggs or peanut butter or cream cheese to make a bagel etc. we’re Choice members but I’ll stay across the street at Holiday Inn next time. Quality Inn in the west side of FC is better! Front staff at the desk were very nice.

This comfort suites is unlike any other comfort suites I’ve stayed in. It makes me wonder if another hotel chain was overtaken by this brand. It just doesn’t seem like this has always been a Comfort Suites. As soon as I opened the door, (not automatic) I gained a noisy fragrance: marijuana. Not a huge deal, simply because it is indeed legal in the state but at the same time, it doesn’t seem very fitting that people can fill up the lobby with such a noticeable odor. One thing I found odd was the door in front of the elevator. I have never in my life seen such. The room itself was spacious, but not the most clean. The beds and furniture were clean, but the bathroom and parts of the floor were not. The tops and bottoms of doors around the facility were scuffed and paint was pealing off. When morning came around, I got in the hot tub. The pool and spa were both very warm and made for a relaxing morning. The breakfast selection was decent. Overall, it was a fair stay but the cleanliness needs more attention.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The room smelt musty, breakfast was awful besides the cereal and waffles. I saw the eggs come out of a bag in the back. I stayed here for a few nights and added an extra day. When extending my stay, the lady at the front desk told me it would be $163 for the last night, but because I’ve already been here for a few nights that I could get a discount for the last night. She told me I just had to come back up to the front desk when the manager is there and tell her I extended my stay a night and she will get me a discount. So, when the manager is there I go up and ask about the discount I was told I would get for my last night. She’s immediately very rude and tells me I’m not getting one and says the lady who told me I could get a discount is new and doesn’t know what she’s doing. I would not have stayed here another night at that high of a rate especially if I wasn’t getting a discount. Don’t stay here unless you like musty hotel rooms with awful management.
