If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. THE FOOD IS AMAZINGLY GOOD. The staff were very friendly. If I lived in Fort Collins I would eat here every day. The green chili is out of this world. The beans and rice were fantastic. 👍👍
I used to like this place but they have really gone down. Everytime I go there, my husband orders the same thing...everytime. A bean and cheese burrito smothered in medium chili. They always seem to mess this up by giving us a bean and beef burrito. My husband doesn't eat the beef there so when he bites into the burrito and tastes the beef, he gets grossed out and can't eat. We've tried checking the food before we leave the parking lot but that isn't always easy to do with cars coming in and out of there. So today again burrito was messed up and called them to let them know and they say they will just replace it. I go to eat my taco dinner so it doesn't get cold and all of the bottoms of my tacos have fallen out. The shells taste stale like they are old with no crunch to them at all. I'm over this place. The food just seems to be worse and worse. I won't be going back for a long time. I'm so disappointed in this place and it's quality of food. Including photos of my tacos as they have fallen through the bottoms of the shells.
Refused to punch my new card after buying a burrito. You’ve lost a costumer today. I will take my business to an establishment that actually has customer friendly policies and no rude employees. There is no need for a business to be greedy with the incentives they offer customers. Keep in mind we support you with the food we buy and the tips we give.
We found this place & had to go back 2 more times during our 3 day visit to Fort Collins. The enchilada dinner was excellent. The Tamales were good also, then went back for the enchiladas.
My family and I used to love it here but over the years this place has changed, they claim to have the hottest chile in fort collins but only once have I ever received a spicy burrito its very unfortunate and bold to claim of them, they say the horchata hasn't changed but it isn't authentic it taste just like Condensed milk, sugar, and water no seasoning to it at all they switched from 2hasbrowns a meal to a few Tater tots per meal. I could go on but my point here is to please do better I'm talking about the owner here the employees really work hard but for the quality of food it has gone very down hill 😕 please either remove your hottest chile in fort collins sign because everyone has had hotter food or increase the chile spice itself don't serve horchata unless it's authentic. It's not just breakfast either. Please do better for your employees and customers.
