Oh. My. Gosh. This is THE place to go to get a cocktail in Fort Collins. Let me break down the basics here:
Events and atmosphere:
The beautiful paintings and colors reflect the vibrancy of the staff. Everyone here is welcoming and the perfect combination of attentive but not intrusive when you’re seated at a table. The outdoor patio has mist in the summer and fire pits in the winter, so you can enjoy a drink inside or outside year-round! They host a plethora of fun events, My personal favorite being Sad Kid Sundays: a Local Comedy showcase.
The drinks:
You have two great options here: There’s a standard menu, and a rotating array of seasonal drinks to match the time of year! Pictured is the Forager, a seasonal drink I fell in love with from the first sip. The choices of infused vodkas, Spirits, and cocktails will blow your mind. They’re all made in house too, so it’s as local as you can get!
The staff:
How could the team here get better? The team is charismatic and friendly, I love being around for Trivia night with Paul, or you can usually catch the Redheaded bartender for good conversation. This is a place where there’s always someone chatting at the bar, rain or shine. If you want your day made, come on in! Everyone here has made mine time and time again!
P.S: if you buy a bottle, this place makes the best amaretto I’ve EVER had!

1. Drinks were fantastic. My wife had two of the snap-pea cocktails in a row. I don't even like Gin and I thought it was amazing. Also, service was excellent. After my whiskey flight, I ordered a whiskey cocktail that was a little out of my comfort zone, and though it was good, it wasn't to my taste. They insisted that they make me something I'd enjoy. I never send stuff back, but they made me feel comfortable ordering something different. That's great service.
2. The food was unexpectedly good. We never go to a place for drinks expecting food to be good, but our spinach artichoke dip was so good (best I've ever had) that it prompted a really fun conversation with the chef, Corey, about it. I thought surely with a one man kitchen, everything would be frozen, but it turns out everything was made fresh, which was why it tasted so good. The word he and I both used was "elevated" (seriously, lemon zest on the dip was *chef's kiss* amazing). Everything just felt like it was above and beyond. Even the carrot wedges that came along seemed freshly cut and not the standard dry sticks you get.
So yeah, great place, will definitely be eating a full meal there next time too. Corey, you rock, and you helped make our night even better than expected!

What a great place to hang out and try some of their crafted Whiskey. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, the staff is totally helpful, positive and seem to love their job! Bingo night was a totally fun experience! Lots of chances to win free CopperMuse swag. The owners and managers have created a gem in FoCo…more places should take note of their 4.9 star rating! Definitely will be coming back in on Wednesdays. They also have a nice patio with a variety of seating! Nice fire pit also: I had the Lavender, Star Anise, Strawberry and then a Blueberry Lemon Ginger whiskey flight. All the flavors tasted awesome. Had one of their awesome pretzels to go with. Go give them a try!

My husband and I had a wonderful date night at one of their cocktail making classes. We had such a great time and learned how to make the best tasting old fashioned I have ever had. Dani was not only very knowledgeable, but also so engaging and willing to answer any question. I can't wait to go back and try more of her creations. I know there are likely many more amazing servers there, but if you are lucky enough to get Dani serving you make sure to branch out and put her to the test. I doubt she will disappoint.
