Great, great, great. The only way to describe this local coffee shop, CCC. The employees are always so happy, helpful, and nice. I always just get an iced coffee to-go but today I decided to get a sandwich and iced coffee. I had the Fort Lox Sandwich (witty and clever name). It was so delicious! Everything bagel, Smoked Salmon, FRESH tomatoes, peppers, red onion, spinach, and sprouts! Completely worth it. Love this place will be back 1000 times and moreso in the summer! *Sandwich is pictured below*

I came in about a month ago for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, they were fairly busy. Sat around for over 20 minutes before going to the counter to see where my sandwich was only to be told they forgot to make it. I was given a free breakfast sandwich for the next time I went in- very generous compensation that was much appreciated. I went in yesterday to redeem it and get a Chai tea. The same situation happened which is my reasoning for deducting a star on my review. I sat down to drink my tea and wait for the sandwich. After some time, decided to walk around and look at their goods in hopes the person at the counter would see me and remember that I had a sandwich coming. Nothing happened until I went to the counter and asked where it was only to be told, yet again, they forgot to make it. I'm not sure the processes that are set up when it comes to ordering and making the food, but you may want to revisit the order in which things are being completed so people are not forgotten about.

Had the FortLox on a croissant. Really great, but the tomato was most amazing, red and flavorful. Such a tasty treat. We ate upstairs, then after admiring the artwork for sale, I found a beautiful pair of earrings by Andi which I purchased. I have a loyalty punchcard since their coffee and atmosphere are great. This was a return visit. I recommend for a casual, comfortable vibe, great place for coffee, a bite, and conversation.

I used to love coming to this place, but the last two times have been suboptimal. I came in a few weeks ago and ordered a Mr. Tomato Head on sesame with hummus. When I got it, it had cream cheese on it (I can’t have dairy) so I had to send it back. The young guy who made it told me that was the last sesame bagel but he could remake it for me on an everything bagel so I agreed (not a big deal, I like everything bagels) but when he gave me the remade sandwich, the bagel wasn’t toasted. For fear of being labeled difficult, I just ate it. But untoasted bagels are tough… it’s just a big ol hunk of raw bread. This was my first time having a not so great experience so I figured the guy behind the counter was maybe just new. I went back today and my sandwich was made correctly but again, the bagel was not toasted and I can’t blame it on the young guy because it was a girl who made it. I didn’t notice until later as I took my order to go and just opened it a bit ago. I’m not really sure what’s going on because this place used to be great every time. My advice, is to ask explicitly for a toasted bagel when ordering your sandwich. I know it’s really not a big deal but they used to be toasted and warm and delicious every time and now they are cold, uncooked and just meh. At $7 a pop, it was disappointing.

Wish I had visited Cups sooner. I had a caramel machiato and a breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. The decor and vibe of the place is everything you want your coffee shop to be. Love the local goods they have for sell, as well.
