I stayed there over the Christmas weekend a total of 5 days. Everything was acceptable including the staff except for the owner. She seemed to take offense at my friendliness with the rest of the staff and asked me not to have any contact with them or any of the guests. I am a very personable, funny, happy & outgoing person. She is a Karen.

Extended stay twice due to work, brought dog and paid $15 pet fee with each extension. Took dog to work each day. Mid way through stay requested room service very early morning, yet it took an additional day before they came to service room. Next day was charged a $100 fee for a "dirty" wash cloth- said it was "feces" lol. It was just plain DIRT (from using it multiple times since we got no new towels or room service) and barely even visible! (was asked about at front desk). What the heck? Second extension over and checked out today. Erika, the manager working at front desk said the $100 charge was because the sheets and bedspread were dirty and after bleaching did not come clean! NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!! She didn't know anything about washcloth (guy at desk -late night- read notes about charge). Then argued we didn't pay the $15 per stay pet fee! So which is it? Regardless, all explanations were not true!! The room was left in good condition for staying 1 1/2 weeks and serviced once. Second extension, NONE of their towels were used- we used our own so there would not be another $100 charge!!!! Manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and provided horrible costumer service! That will be the last stay at this hotel! Waiting to see how many more $$$ hundreds our card will be charged!!! She said there would not be anymore charges!

What a gem! Your typical Days Inn set up (keep in mind it’s an older building, but you should expect that with the price!!), plus amazing hardworking staff that make your stay special :) Hands down the best continental breakfast we’ve had in the States, and the dining room is kept spotless for a very comfortable morning start. We had a home emergency and had to grab a place on the day and we are so glad it ended up being here!

One of the better Days Inn I have ever stayed at. No waffle maker, which makes me sad...but everything else was awesome on the breakfast buffet. I was in room 145 near the back door. The bathroom smelled like sewer, hope their toilet isn't leaking underneath the tiles. Very clean thus 5 stars.

Leave it to one bad manager to destroy what was going to be a stellar review. If it weren’t for the incredible ease this person spoke aloud rude, disparaging, negative comments, surprise unjustified policy reversals, and a entirely unnecessary flagrant disregard for the remainder of the weekend customers attempting to patiently smooth out the rough edges using logic based, thoughtful and entirely more appropriate reasoning than this person did, I would have posted no less than 17 or more full color pictures with multiple paragraphs describing how the weekend managers and staff I spoke with were like night and day different in their manner, professionalism and care for a consistent client based quality experience. That’s the 5 stars that you can expect when not on that one person’s dictator like shift. I won’t even begin to describe how much it cost me in time and money. They even hung up twice on Wyndham Customer Service from their National HQ. Unreal. Dream to night mare in 42 minutes of the worst B2B client grievance solution servicing I’ve ever had the chance displeasure to now recant as a negative comment for posterity’s sake. SMH.
Good luck to you, cold and weary travelers, and maybe stop at the LaQuinta or the Hilton instead.
