This was a good first visit, especially for the price. I had lasagna and the Pene in spicy sauce. The lasagna was good with some s as it was added, but I still didn't like the flavor of the pene sauce. The best was the endless breadsticks, I ended up eating 4 of them. They have a lot of butter and garlic. The people working there were very friendly and helpful.
Came in for lunch on Tuesday and it was great. The food came out quick and the guy taking care of the dining area was fantastic. He was very attentive and made sure we had a good visit. 👍🏻
Not a good visit last evening during dinner time. The place was basically empty. We were there with our young grandkids who love pasta. Thankful we checked and found the kids' milks were several days beyond the expiration date. The staff had to search the back room to find some which were not expired. The restaurant was unbelievably hot while the food was luke warm at best. Food was not good tasting, even the grandkids wouldn't eat it. The exception were the bread sticks which were good. We really wanted this go be good. Was a disappointment as we got the feeling that no one really cared.
Fazoli's is a mediocre Italian-ish fast food restaurant. It is not a favorite of mine, because the quality of the food is not really good, and after tonight, my wife and I have decided that we will not return again. Regardless of the location, the noodles are always dry and crunchy on top, and lack the rich flavors that Italian food is known for. The other reason that we will not return, is because of a rule that they have in which they will not hand food for a mobile order through the drive-thru window. If you place a mobile order, you MUST go inside to pick it up. I've never heard of a restaurant with such a rule, and I'm not going to get my two toddlers out of the car into the freezing weather to walk inside and pick up an order that is ready, then have to get them back in the car. If I am going to go through all of that, then I'll go to Olive Garden or some other better quality Italian food restaurant.
Stop eating in this place, I’m in the Emergency Room cause a piece of glass in my food, it went into my mouth!, from the food plate I was eating (Chicken Carbonara). And for sure soo terrible the actitud from the “manager “. He think everything is about money!. He Don’t care about health... lucky it was in my mouth and not in the mouth of any children. Again be careful with this “restaurant”... which don't deserve to be called as for... Update: They’re refusing to pay for the Emergency Room...
