I am writing this review to reflect my stay and to create a better experience for future customers. I booked two stays back to back because I decided to stay an extra night. Upon checking in, I found out I could stay in the same room my entire stay. However, instead of staying in the complimentary king suite, my room was a standard king. I had the option to switch rooms on the 2nd day, but I had my puppy, so for his sake, we stayed in the standard king. My room had paint chips on the floor and part of the AC unit was broke. The staff at the front desk fixed this issue right away. Now, we are settled. I had to get new keys since it was two different reservations which was handled with ease. I was on a fishing trip so I spent my days on the lake and evenings in the room. My room was cleaned and replenished on Day 1. It was nice to return with new sheets, towels, etc. However, Day 2 and 3 were a different story. I reported a leak in the shower and requested service both days. Upon returning to the room, I was very unhappy because nothing was done. I called the front desk to report this issue. The front desk told me housekeeping did not clean the room because a “do not disturb” sign was on the door. NOT TRUE. I was told when I checked in to put the sign “A furry friend is inside” on the door so that Housekeeping knew before going in. Before leaving each morning, THIS was the sign I hung on the outside of the door. After the room not being cleaned for a second day in a row, I decided to check out early, but before leaving, I called the front desk to request a refund for my last night, but was told there’s nothing they can do. I am VERY unhappy with my experience. I hope future customers have a better stay than me!

Room rate was overpriced. For the exact same rate the following night I stayed in a suite that had a walk in shower and jacuzzi tube. On my road trip, this room had more in common with the cheap hotels than it did with a $180/night hotels. Hotel had a lot of aesthetics but lacked actual substance. By that I mean what am I actually getting over a cheap hotel by staying there. If this is the value you get with Hampton Inn hotels now. I will avoid them in the future.

Nice clean room and absolutely wonderful staff. Abby at the front desk is very friendly, warm, and welcoming on the phone as well as very nice enough to checkup on me shortly after I checked-in my room to confirm everything was okay with the room.

We stayed 3 nights here. I appreciate they came around and tidy up the room and stocked fresh towels on the days that we didn’t asked for housekeeping. Groceries and other stores are walking distance and area is very quiet. They also bagged to go breakfast addition to continental breakfast. We will back again.

We were very happy with our 2 night stay. The hot tub was very nice but the pool was freezing. Otherwise great stay.
