Great coffee and great ambience. I would love to sit and work here. You have all kinds of seating. The coffee was so smooth. You get small snacks along with coffee.
Hands down some of the highest quality coffee in Fort Collins. The vibes are immaculate, and the drinks are made with care and skill to create some of the smoothest and flavorful espresso in the area. The roasting machine is in the middle of the shop, so if you’re lucky enough to go on roasting day you’ll get to smell the fresh rich coffee and see it’s process which is an experience all in its own.
Met with a fellow Realtor here for business and a coffee…nice place! A little busy with the ambiance but we were able to get things done- and the coffee is a tasty plus! Not sure how they make the heart in my coffee but I was impressed.
This is the spot for true craft coffee lovers! Perfectly roasted beans, brewed at exactly the right temperatures that exudes the baristas love for coffee. For the Starbucks fans reading this review who love ordering "skinny" lattes... stick to Starbucks. But for those of you who truly appreciate the art of coffee making, this is the place. My husband got a hot oatmilk latte and I got an iced honey oatmilk latte, both of which were made to perfection with the perfect balance of espresso to milk. I also ordered two vegan GF donuts--YES! I said vegan AND GF! As someone with a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity, I greatly appreciated the fact that they had baked good that I could eat! We also bought a bag of beans to go as we love collecting beans from smaller roasters. The energy in the space is awesome! A perfect spot to hang out, work on your laptop, meet with friends or co-workers, or even meet new friends. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffee. Ignore the bad reviews here and treat yourself to REAL coffee!
Walked in and thought this place looks great, they were roasting coffee on site, decent atmosphere and lounge area/work space. But when I go into a coffee place, I go for the coffee. And that, was absolutely terrible. Not one for coffee reviews but when you get an americano that comes out looking light brown , you start to worry how many shots were thrown in. It tasted like hot water with a small bit of coffee mixed in. When I asked for an extra shot the barista looked at me as if I had two heads, made a shot and I’m not making this up, she poured only half of the shot in to my cup. My mate who also ordered an americano exchanged it for a drip coffee which tasted better he said. So all in all, give this place a miss, looks great but lacks any real coffee quality.
