The hotel was nice at first glance. But when getting into the amenities, it was lacking. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the ice machine was down and said to use any others except for floor 4, which was also out of service. Well floor 7 and 8 were down as well and only floor 9 had a working machine. That makes sense I suppose given it is the executive level. The pillows in the room had all different consistencies, some very firm and others very soft which was not very comfortable. There was a pipe burst on the Friday of our stay, which alerted us via fire alarm to exit the premises. While the staff handled everything very well, I am still yet to hear any apologies or make-ups for it from Hilton themselves. We we're staying for a wedding, and the sheer shock of hearing all of that as the bride is scrambling to get her wedding necessities out of her room was a lot. And I don't expect to get compensation from the employees working hard to get everything back in working order, but it is very disappointing to not hear anything from Hilton themselves. As a final touch, the pool/hot tub was closed for maintenance, not surprising giving the pipe maintenance at this location. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay given the price we paid, and I won't be recommending or staying at this hotel again, and would advise others not to.

I’m a Hilton member and have to say this is an excellent Hilton. The room and service was great.
The only downside is that using the app, I chose a room that ended up being next to a staff room - not a good experience with door noise constantly. I wish the app or map would indicate this.
Otherwise though, had a great experience.

This is a great one or two night place. Rooms are modern and staff very professional and the lounge/bar/restaurant is a nice amenity.
The rooms are also very small, however and you have to request a fridge and microwave, although I'm not sure where you'd put them. The open lobby can be noisy at night.
I'll probably not be staying here for my four night trips anymore.

This place was awesome! The people were so nice and the rooms were amazing. I will definitely come here again. Me and my husband loved it so much and he has never stayed at a better hotel than this one.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but this hotel has had a lot of issues during our stay. when requested there was only one extra blanket available for the bedroom with two beds. The hotel room keys don't work for the parking, and the barcode parking was never explained. The keys for the elevators and room doors didn't work on several occasions. The linen for the sofa bed was taken and not replaced after housekeeping, we were short a towel. The bar and pool were both closed (not for Christmas, just close). The front entrance was flooded out. To top it all off, the phones weren't working the first two nights we stayed.
