Overall, my stay was pretty good. My interactions with every person at the front desk was great, Cadence was nice and accomodating. Housekeeping was on point- 5 star rating. It was nice coming back to a made up bed and new towels and clean bathroom. Monica at the Cafe was so great. She was the reason I bought start bucks cofee everyday I was there. She remembered me and my drink order! Always very pleasant and nice to interact with. Also thank you to the gentleman who tracked down the itemized receipts I needed! much appreciated.
The staff here is very pleasant and professional. They treated me well. The place has a classy lobby with various hang-out nooks. The room was classy and clean. The swimming pool was way too cold, however. One suggestion I have for this hotel is to get rid of the very old, water-intensive toilets they have. The one in my room was about 3 gallons per flush. Current standards are 1.2 to 1.6 gallons per flush.Hilton, please buy some in bulk and change them out in your most-used rooms as a start if it's not in the budget. Put it in the budget!
This was a gem very clean,big and priced well . Work out room and pool were amazing there's even a Starbucks inside. Rooms were nice, clean, and roomy .The price for breakfast was pretty high at 18 for An adult for just basic hot food buffet style that would usuallybe free at other hotels. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. Cadence D checked us in and kept a smile on her face even with a long line forming of people checking in.
I just received such excellent service that I couldn't NOT share it! My wife and I are finishing up our lovely stay in Fort Collins, and I woke up at 3:00 am thinking about all that has to get done in life when I get back home. The Concierge Lounge was a lifesaver, and allowed me to work on things without bothering my wife. I went down to the front desk to ask about a cup of coffee, and obviously all options were closed at that time in the middle of the night! But Abby was not to be deterred! She fashioned up a hot water alternative using one of the in-room coffee pods, and she did it all in the friendliest, most positive-customer-service manner I've ever seen! Yet another example of a staff that truly cares to make their guests' stay exceptional! If I can ever make it back to this wonderful city, I'm booking this awesome hotel!
Loved the design of the hotel, very nice. As a Diamond Reward member, it was very disappointing to learn that I had to pay for $15 to park in the hotel parking lot. Not sure why that was introduced, but it definitely should be an included benefit for Diamond Reward members. The hot tub wasn’t very warm and the jets in the tub were so loud and throwing water around all over the place you couldn’t relax.
