Sorry for the 1 star, just its not a coffee shop, its a coffee roaster and distributer, but they cant sell a cup of coffee. Smells gorgeous inside, and the girl in there was very helpful.
When I opened my mailbox and could smell the coffee I knew it was going to be excellent and it really is. The service rendered me was above superior. Will be getting more for sure and I'm sharing the beans with friends. :) Thank you!

When I began subscription service here it was the best! Jackie was amazing to work with and the customer service was top notch! I had my subscription discount for any order I placed because I held a subscription. I was encouraged to add to my subscription by calling ahead. She set the whole thing up for me on her end, so I had no way to access it directly. After she sold the company to stephanie, the product remained excellent, however the service went in the toilet. I was told that my discount only applied to my monthly subscription and nothing additional. The reason for with is because it is a nusence for them to deal with customers over the phone, taking up a few of their precious minutes. The reason for the discount I was told is so it can be more quick and effecient for them not dealing with customers directly. I said ok, I called the next month before my subscription processed and requested to have my subscription adjusted to add 3 more bags to the 4 I already buy every month. They said that would be fine, but my discount would not apply to the additional bags...... I was shocked. As a small business owner I realize that routine reliable clients are far more important to me financially than one time clients. It is important to encourage, not discourage people to give their loyalty and repeat business through excellent service. Now, I don't actually care about the 5% that they argued with me over. But it did shock me that they were willing to loose my loyalty and recommendations to all my clients over it. I used to use a bag of their coffee as Christmas gifts for over 40 clients each year in addition to my subscription. I have now found another service who does realize the value of customer loyalty and service. Good luck if you prefer a phone call over a website is all I'm saying. Had I had access to mine I would have happily adjusted it myself, but I did not and was never offered help in changing it from them to me.
