I had the steak and ale chowder special and my previous visit I had the pizza. Both visits the food was phenomenal the service was first rate and the building appeared to be freshly scrubbed top to bottom it was so clean. Did I mention prices and portions? You well need a to go box and the price is about the same as a combo meal at a fast food chain. Overall I will go out of my way if I need to so I can return here to try more of there excellent food.

Moved to Fort Colins from Manhattan, admittedly I’m picky. Pretty solid pizza for where and what it is. Far from best ever but much better than any fast-food chain pizza you could get in the area and one of the better local pizzerias.
I don’t prefer the toppings under the cheese, for example, the pepperoni tastes like hormel pepperoni and doesn’t get any of that charred tastes and I’m reminded of eating cold cuts. But that’s a personal preference. My other hunch is the ingredients are fairly cheap, I can taste it in the cheese but I get they have to keep costs at a particular point.
Ratios are a bit heavy. Lots of sauce, lots of cheese, lots of pepperoni, and that throws off the balance with the crust. I’d personally rather have high quality ingredients but less, if that makes sense.

The best pizza in Fort Collins, isn't in Fort Collins at all. Take the time to drive to Laporte, and you'll be delightfully surprised. The food here is just wonderful, a comfortable, clean restaurant. Get a sandwich, the bread here is simply divine! They also deliver to the north end of Fort Collins and some of the outlying areas.
