Went in for a beer. Slow service. OK beer. I'll have to give them another try, as it was pretty darn busy in there.
First time there tonight for a quick pick up order. It was quickly made, the sandwich was DELICIOUS, and the gentleman behind the bar was super sweet :)
As a bit of a Reuban sandwich "aficionado" (because I'm just oh so epic *eye roll*), I always make sure, if a place has a Reuban on their menu, to try their Reuban the first time I eat there. I was unprepared for the wallop of this bad boy. First off, the marbled rye was the perfect thickness, and, after being brushed with pungent garlic EVO, was grilled on a panini grill, not the typical flat top--great start. Then, the perfect ratio of meat to bread thickness, the use of Gruyere cheese for a moister experience than Swiss--top 3 Reuban of the dozens I've tried! Nevermind the beer is stellar and cask-conditioned!
Woot.. woot. Fun on the spot games. Yay. All I got to say
Like this place better when it served breakfast and was called The Farmer's daughter. Last thing that fort Collins needed was another brewery.
