2 of my kids love this place, so I finally decided to go with them. They were not wrong in hyping it up!! The service, the food, the presentation, the interior....all worthy of rave reviews. I think I have my latest addiction! Sesame Chicken was phenomenal. The sushi was incredible, as were the poppers! I cannot wait to return!!
Great food quality and taste! Great options on rolls and very generous portions. I love ordering take out but dining in person is good too, well distanced. Love their food!
Sad to say this is my very first 1 star review. Went here with my mother a few months back for a mid afternoon meal. The restaurant was completely empty except for one couple who already had their food. So to say I was a little surprised by the 30 minutes it took to receive our appetizers would be an understatement. The veggie steamed dumplings were borderline raw and the shrimp tempura was dry and bland. To make this unimaginably worse though, on the plate with the dumplings was a large dead insect about the length of a nickle. What kind, I don't remember but my mom had to be talked down from chewing out our waitress. Being someone with social anxiety though, I decided to at least stay for the sushi. I found fish bones in multiple pieces and the Wasabi crusted itself to my fingers in a manner that took scrubbing an hour later to remove. When we presented the many issues to our apathetic waitress we got our drinks comped and no other apology. The drinks were a water and a fountain drink to put it in perspective. I've heard nothing but glowing reviews from a good friend of mine so I'm hoping the kitchen was just having a very bad day but I can't honestly say I'll give this place another shot.
First time ordering sushi to-go from Mt Fuji. Portions are large but largely full of very little fish or flavor and lots of rice and “creamy-gooey” filling. Among the worst sushi I have ever tasted. Threw out most of $50 worth of the order. Look elsewhere.
The long wait times for your order are worth it, get an app when you get drinks and sit back and enjoy the drum and bass music playing on the speakers.
