Price creep hasn't been as bad here as other sushi places in town. Its cheaper but the rolls aren't as flavorful as other restaurants. The rice doesn't have that subtle tang, the sauces seem bland. Skip the jalapeno bombs. They're hard to eat and just taste like fried coating with raw jalapeno. The place next door is being remodeled in 2021 and is loud as heck. Not sure I'll be back. I think there are better places in Fort Collins for just a few dollars more.

This place was fantastic! I ate the BEST Sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken I had ever had in North America! Yeah I've eaten Chinese food in Canada, Mexico and in Chinatowns in San Francisco, Philadelphia and New York.
The sesame chicken was very lightly battered, airy and fried to a pleasant crispness -- yet tender on the inside. My wife had the General Tso's chicken and it was cooked with the same characteristics! That tells me that their preparation methods are consistent! The only difference between General Tso's and Sesame chicken was the former was solid lightly fried chicken pieces vs. the latter being lightly fried chicken slices.
Let's now talk about service at this place. The service was impeccable, fast and super attentive! Our server was awesome and I was highly impressed by his friendly demeanor and attentiveness.
I highly recommend this restaurant! I know I plan to visit this place often!

We really enjoy Mt Fuji for all of our Japanese favorites. The restaurant has tea tables and a little sushi bar for when you dine in, but take out is good too.
We recommend the bonzai roll with seared tuna, or if you're really hungry one of the bento boxes that comes with an entree and a couple of sides.
The owners and staff are really nice and you can tell they care about the food and your experience.

Amazing sushi & service!!
My family & I popped in here to have lunch and it was great! The server sat us instantly and was super nice & quick the entire time we were there. He was very sweet and was clearly working extremely hard.
We ordered the Ikura Nigiri - 10/10! The seaweed was nice & crunchy and the Ikura was very yummy. Their miso soup was also very enjoyable. We ordered a few other rolls & a bowl and all of it was great! Highly recommend!
