Went to this location around 630pm, we did not get the gentleman's name who took our order but we thoroughly appreciated how he greeted us and treated us in taking our order. Read it back made sure it was correct, then we received our bag with the smiley face and it topped off our experience! The food was also very very good. Thank you.

Ordered for pickup. Friendly service at pickup BUT An item was missing from my order. I called to get a refund because I didn't have time to go all the way back to the restaurant to get it. The person I talked to said she would refund but may not get to it until the end of the day. :-/ lesson learned, check orders before leaving.
Thanks for your reply noodles and company. I appreciate your intention to get in contact with me. The item was refunded. I would just suggest that this store be contacted so that employees know that it's important to double check orders before they go out to the customer. I also found it frustrating that the person I talked to only suggested I come back to the store to get it. With people having such busy lives these days that can be really frustrating to have to run an errand like that twice. Good customer service means giving the customer multiple options to solve their issue and being genuinely sorry that the event happened. I don't need anything else at this point.

Always fresh, tasty comfort-food dishes. Store was very clean, including the bathrooms. We couldn't find a high chair the last time we went, but otherwise Noodles had always been a top choice for fast food that doesn't taste fast.

The staff is always very friendly here and the food is to die for. Even simple spaghetti and meatballs is a home run. Very clean and well designed restaurant.

Good food. 2nd time here. Nice options and good rice Krispies. The kids like their kid's meal. Reasonable prices.
