When me and my friends walked into Panda Express right away we see a worker not wearing her mask. She was touching the food and serving people then a little after we saw her climbing on the counters. Which is unsanitary. The food is good and the service is nice but she should’ve been wearing her mask.
It's good for what it is. It is Panda Express, the food is not very consistent--some days being better than others. I wish they were a bit more inclusive with allergies and vegan/vegetarian options.

By far the worst customer service in the industry, every single time I go there. Prime example - before confirming the order an employee had already "made the plate," and when I asked to change the fried rice for chow mein, they responded that it was too late because they already put fried rice on it. What kind of response is that? Now I'm just expected to pay for a meal that isn't what I wanted because you didn't wait to pack it until you confirmed the order? Great stuff. Oh and thanks for the soy sauce I asked for that you decided to just not give me after telling me it was in the bag.
I used to love coming to this location. The food was good. But my husband and I barely got any entrees and mostly was low main for his and mostly rice for mine. And the drive through person wasn't very friendly at all and with very poor customer service.
