Honestly this location needs to better tell customers to sit in the dining room rather than let them crowd the lobby if they have already ordered. Wasted 8 minutes waiting to have people finally move to be served only to be told they stopped serving breakfast Literally 8 minutes ago. Do better.
Employee in the morning shift with gloves on touched their mask to move it when they speak every time, and then kept using gloves touching food. This is nasty considering the mask is on your face and you should never touch your face in food service. EVEN WORSE, the employee did this interacting with a leadership team member. Was a regular but changing to another location for cleanliness reasons.
My husband went there today hoping to find something low sodium. He asked the young girls that was taking orders what the sodium was on an item and she replied that she had no way of knowing that. My husband said “I guess I can look on the internet and find it myself” Her reply was ok, can you step aside so I can help this next person? He was fine with that and moved aside. There were only the two customers in the store at that time. The woman behind him was not sure what she wanted and she was thinking - My husband stood there for several minutes and finally just left. We get it that help is hard to come by - but treating people so rudely is not acceptable.
The staff at this location is by far the best I've ever encountered
The employees are always very friendly and quick here. However two times now in ordering the turkey and avocado BLT on croissant-- and no one cuts it in half! Does no one cut sandwiches anymore? Neither my hands nor mouth are big enough to eat it without cutting.
