Every time I come here their Pizza is delicious. I live up the canyon and this is our only option to get hot pizza up there, and for me they always bake up perfectly and delicious. A special shout-out to Will and Eli because they had it ready earlier than when I thought I was going to be there and save me a bunch of time in the process. Whichever one answered the phone was friendly cool and down-to-earth. Thanks you guys.
The pizza was bomb, even though I burnt the crust a little and forgot to pop the air bubbles. Really happy they take EBT.
Great pizza, service is alright. Ordering from the store in Windsor, every time we make an online order we have to wait upon arrival while they make it, usually after grabbing someone from the back with nice red eyes. Great food though! Get a tub of the cookie dough, it's awesome and quick.
Very disappointed with the service here! From the bottom to the top poor customer service. From the moment we walked in all the way to trying to speak with management about poor service. Store manager for some reason was off on Friday when they should definitely be there. We were told the store manager will call us... They never did. We called the store back and the assistant manager was little confused on why the store manager has not contacted us yet. The assistant manager called us back and basically the store manager felt they did not need to deal with this because they were out and told her assistant manager to just offer us food. At this point I asked for the store managers supervisors number and I never got that number and nobody has gotten back to us.
I'm a long-time customer . Today I Called ahead, they asked when I wanted to p/u...I asked if 15 minutes was enough and they said no problem. Walked in 20 min later (didn't want to rush them) and the place was dead, no orders in the online rack and workers wandering aimlessly behind the counter. Another 10 minutes later they handed me 1 of my pizzas, I said I had 2 and they realized they had just begun making they other. 15 turned into 45 and they couldn't care less about my time it was disappointing to say the least. Funniest part is that that's about how long it takes me to get Pizza from Domino's, but we're talking cooked and delivered for about the same price.
