No complaints at all, definitely the best quality inn I've ever stayed at! Great breakfast, staff and everything was so clean! The pool, hot tub, gym and all of the areas were so clean and stocked with towels and water, definitely will be staying here again ☺️ highly recommend! Also gotta give the pool man credit for perfectly adding proper chemicals to the water, crystal clean and it didn't completely dry out our skin, he was also really nice!

Original post: I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at the Quality Inn in Fort Collins, which has compelled me to share my experience. Despite multiple conversations with front desk agents—AJ, Monica, and Tanya—regarding the correct processing of charges to my cards, the management failed to address the issue competently. The general manager not only refused to provide the necessary assistance but also proceeded to impose unauthorized charges on my work card. To elaborate, there was a mix-up with the pet fee, which was erroneously charged to the wrong card, despite clear instructions that it should have been charged to a different card. Following my complaint, a partial refund was issued, but to my dismay, an additional charge of $5.54 appeared subsequently, without any authorization from my side to place further charges on my cards. I have repeatedly communicated this issue, providing explicit instructions and even screenshots as evidence—showing an initial charge of $27.77, a credit of -$22.23, and the unwarranted new charge of $5.54. Yet, the situation remains unresolved, with the management demonstrating a lack of respect for customer preferences and authorization regarding financial transactions. I urgently request the Quality Inn Fort Collins to rectify this situation immediately, provide an updated folio, and ensure the pet fee is correctly charged to the intended card as initially instructed. The indifference and negligence shown by the hotel's management in handling this matter are unacceptable and reflect poorly on their customer service and operational efficiency.
They are NOT pet friendly. They are DOG friendly. I asked 4 different times if they are cat friendly, Robert at the answering service said yes each time. Then my sister was turned away because they don’t accept cats. Robert said “you asked if we are pet friendly only” which is a complete lie. Don’t book with them. Terrible, terrible service.
I was told by 2 employees at the property our suite had a sliding glass door in between the sleeping area and the couch area. It did not...and when I asked the clerk about it, she said they did not have those kinds of rooms on the property. However, when my sister arrived on the property, low and behold, she got that exact room. The room we were in had dog hair all over the floor. I asked to speak with the manager, two different clerks told me they would leave a message for her to contact us when she was in. We never heard from her and we were there for 3 days. I called today and spoke with the manager, all she could do was say, I'm sorry. I told her a discount would have been nice. I also told her I would never stay at the property again due to the dirty room, poor customer service from her and false advertisement. She told me that I was not allowed on the property again anyway. Wow, this coming from a manager is a shame to the corporate office to have such a person representing them. She hung up on me when I called back to ask her name. The manager of this property is very rude and has terrible customer service and does not care about the people who ultimately provide the funds for her paycheck. Disgusted...
We enjoyed our stay here. Even added an extra night after a few days. The location is great to get out and sightsee and not have a far drive to go anywhere. The staff here is always polite and helpful. Certainly our first pick for a place to stay when traveling to the area. Thanks for making our kids birthday special this last trip. I am sure we will see you guys soon
