My family LOVES the Rio in Fort Collins! We have been customers for over 20 years. The customer service is fantastic, the food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is lively and fun. It’s hard to give recommendations on exactly what to order because I love everything I’ve ordered so far; however, the margaritas cannot be beat. Best in town and frankly the best I’ve had. They are a local favorite and are located in a convenient area to spend time in downtown Fort Collins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also, their patio… amazing!

Love Rio! They rock! They had to rally through a fire and have pivoted with a provisional location and I’m so glad they’re there! I had fish tacos and they were over the freaking top! And of course the margaritas…. Beast mode. And for the staff - awesome. They are committed and wonderful. See u soon!!!

This restaurant deserves 5 stars. We have NEVER had a bad experience at this place. Very vegan friendly with vegetarian green chili! What!? Their salsa is the best salsa I have ever had! We have always had really nice, fast waitresses. We were able to sit in front of the temporary restaurant with our dog for lunch!

Enjoyed the new location. Very cool modernized version. Service was rough at the high tops / bar area. Watched our waiter go to two tables 3-4 times after Almost 30 minutes of not coming to our table. We were going to order dinner after a round of margaritas but got tired of waiting so ended up getting the check.

Would not ever go back. Food was terrible. I realize that prices have gone up but my fish tacos were smaller than street tacos. There were a few slivers of fish which were dried out and look like trimmings and the shreds of cabbage could literally be counted. Plus cabbage is still very cheap and at least they could have disguised the food better. My friend's cheese enchilada was burned to the plate. They did offer to make it over but we left and went to Austin's.
