The answer to boring subs. Great sandwiches, great bread and the mini pizzas are great too. I've never had a bad sandwich here. I love the jalapeño cheese bread the best, although all the others are great too.

These sandwiches are incredible.
I've been eating them since high school they were right next to my school and Albuquerque.

Food is good, but if you close at 8pm you should lock your doors from the outside @ 7:30 so that employees can complete their clean up chores by 8 sharp and the punk kid doesn't have to advise diners after they order and get their food how much time they have left to eat the food they paid for. We finished our meal in the car, thank you. Of course we would have finished sooner if we didn't have to roust someone from the back to take our order to begin with. And then had to hunt someone down to get a spoon for the soup.

Firstly the woman working the register was very rude and we had to clarify our order multiple times. After waiting for 15 minutes she came up to us and said “we discontinued the gluten free bread because we’re out”. They offered my girlfriend a salad instead and she clarified that it can’t have croutons on it. After another 10 minutes we received our food. My sandwich was wrong and her salad had croutons on it. We went back up and mentioned again that she cannot have gluten and the correct sandwich. After another 5 minutes we received the right food. I understand restaurants are understaffed and people have bad days, but this was a horrible experience. I absolutely don’t recommend coming here especially if you’re gluten intolerant

Schlotzky's is in my regular rotation of places to eat. This was the weirdest schlotzky's I've visited in 20yrs. Sandwichs were missing some regular toppings. Drink machine is facing the ordering counter and is so close to it that you have to dodge people ordering.
