Quality has dropped pretty bad. My brisket what's half fat, turkey was dry which was surprising because it was the star of the show the last two times. And although I did like the hot sauce, the only bbq they gave was like pure vinegar. I understand in times like now you gotta bump up price. But you gotta keep Quality. Side note staff was great, greeted with a smile, food was prepared quickly. Place was very clean.

For the price, I feel like the portions are too small, but maybe I was just spoiled by other BBQ places over the years. I personally think it's strange to see untoasted cheap white bread instead of texas toast, but that's just me. The mac and cheese tastes like they don't make it. Like cheap store bought stuff from King Soopers or KFC. I could be wrong. The pulled pork was just okay, even with the thin BBQ sauce. We didn't get our pepper sauce that we asked for, but it's no big deal. Sweet tea wasn't very sweet at all. I would like to see a thicker sauce as well as a mild, medium and hot BBQ sauce, but it's not my restaurant. Thanks anyways :)

Great quick place to eat. We had an awesome team dinner here. No fuss place with reasonably priced real food. Highly recommend

Serious Texas BBQ is a Texas themed Barbecue Restaurant, our visit was on a Saturday evening and the place was not really busy. Unsurprisingly, country music was playing in the background. This establishment is counter service only and does have some outdoor seating. I really appreciate the condiment bar which features a plastic cutlery dispenser. My wife wasn’t super pumped about the soda selection (limited Coke products). They serve a variety of what I would consider to be normal Bbq entrees. They do also serve a variety of beers/margaritas. I didn’t see any Gluten-free or vegan options displayed on the menu. Also, didn’t see any kids meals. The front entrance is a double door and level (+ curb)with the parking area, they do not have a door opener for those with limited mobility. I ordered the brisket sandwich combo ($10.75). My sandwich tasted fresh and smoky and definitely wasn’t dry. I found the portion size to be satisfactory for the price. The staff was very friendly as we ordered. After I was finished eating, and even though I was hesitant, I opted to use the auto hand cleaner (blue picture) they have in the dining area. It worked really well. Pro tip, every Tuesday is Buck-A-Bone ribs and Buck-A-Beer night. Please “like” this review if it helped you in any way.

So very disappointing. We took our granddaughter out for dinner on Saturday, April 30.. She is a student at CSU and wanted barbecue. Our brisket sandwiches were stone cold and had no sauce on them. Bottles of sauce were on the tables—-dirty with dripping sauce—— just gross. The place for fountain drinks was messy and disorganized. This restaurant is NOT clean. My husband wanted a Coors light—-none to be found. Worse $43. We have ever spent on a light meal. This place is obviously left to a bunch of kids to run it. No management on site. Don’t waste your money.
