We just love downtown Fort Collins, and Elizabeth's location in the heart of old town made it possible to walk or bike to all the restaurants, shops, and river trail. The hotel staff is wonderful - very friendly, polite, and attentive. One hotel employee gave us a quick review of the electric bikes available for the guests ( a really nice amenity), and explained how to get to the river trails via the more bike friendly streets. Our room, although small, was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and elegant, with a cocktail/lounge area and restaurant. We will definitely come again!

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. Although, we checked in through the app, you must physically be at the hotel location to "check in". When you arrive at the hotel, then you are placed in a queue for your room which goes in order of arrival. We were grateful that we were able to check in early. My disappointment was, I called prior to checking out of our other Marriott hotel one hour away, and was told they had several rooms ready, and to "come on over." When we arrived, our room was not ready, and we were placed in the queue. Theres no valet service or assistance available for luggage. For $20 a night, you must park on the first level of the parking garage. Unfortunately, all spaces were occupied on the first level, so we had to go to the second level (per the parking security). To no surprise, we woke up the next morning with a parking ticket on our vehicle. We had to pay the $25 parking ticket, but the hotel removed their $20 parking fee for that night. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. I was acknowledged for my status on arrival, but told no upgrades were available. The complimentary coffee at the downstairs restaurant was a great perk. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walking distance from Downtown Ft. Collins. I would recommend for anyone visiting the Ft. Collins area, but to keep in mind the few items I mentioned above.

Unique and eloquently Decorated, Hotel. Without a doubt it is a five star property. There are some wonderful common areas to relax in. I have attached some photos. The beds were very comfortable in the room was very quiet. And the staff is extremely professional and efficient.

What a lovely hotel and in the most desirable location.
There are great venues within the hotel with live music and the restaurant was so fabulous every time! I'm not sure what they do to those pancakes but they were the best I've ever had!
We especially appreciated the staff! They are so kind and considerate and treated us like family.
We will definitely be coming back, thank you!!

Beautiful hotel where we attended our Nephews wedding. Ft. Collins impressed me with all his the beautiful flowers downtown and quirky places to eat. The hotel provided free electric bikes so we rode to the trial gardens and then explored more bike paths. Will definitely come back!
