This place was so cool, it's like a whole little community right off Timberline. I drive by it all the time, but the first I have ever stopped in. Had lunch with a friend, and it was so nice. Staff was super friendly, and the food was great. I had a Colorado Cubano which I thought was excellent, however be careful if you don't like hot, that horseradish will sneak up on you. Can't wait to go for dinner some night, so I can try a cocktail. Had a non alcoholic rosemary lemonade, and it was a taste explosion. All in all a fun place to give a try if you haven't.
The Farmhouse will start to feel like your house with the right friends and staff. Tonight we were lucky enough to have Joe as our server, who took our breath away quite honestly. I mean it when I say they make you feel at home--from the scrumptious comfort food, to the cozy ambience of the restaurant itself. Joe guided us through not only the menu, but the entire dining experience. His food and drink recommendations were outstanding, like somehow he gazed into my soul with his piercing blue eyes and saw my past, present and future. Our proximity to the kitchen allowed for playful interactions with the other servers, like Emma, with whom we donated a coveted hair tie. Last, but certainly not least, the Farmhouse sure knows how to celebrate a birthday with a delectable donut made in-house, drenched in melted chocolate, and garnished with rainbow sprinkles. My only regret is not better documenting this life-changing experience with the appropriate amount of pictures, but for that I'll have to return to this magical farmhouse village in Fort Collins.
Nice brunch spot. I had the farmers breakfast and it's a great deal of food. Eggs were cooked perfectly, crispy potatoes, thick, unctuous bacon and a very good biscuit. Others in the group had waffles, burritos and lamb tacos. All were good.
Not impressed at all!! Very overpriced for the quality of food. Service was very bad had to asked the server two time for our drink menu and didn't even get them until food was being served and couldn't even taste the alcohol. I got the pork and it was overcooked and over salted. Throughout our stay we had to keep asking for water and sit with our dirty plates. If I'm paying this much I expect good service and good food. Would potentially come back but the kitchen definitely needs some work and the staff.
Really tasty, fresh, nutritious food. Cute place. Servers are very nice young people. Monte was the best. Loved the Tequila Train delay!
