We decided to go to the Moot House on an impromptu date night. It was not a bad decision!
The service was arguably the fastest we've had at any restaurant in a while, the atmosphere was great and the prices were incredibly fair.
The only thing I would point out is the food isn't over the top. I had the meatloaf and my partner had a burger. We shared an order of the pretzel rolls. We enjoyed a couple of drinks. Everything was good and certainly nothing to complain about but it wasn't GREAT, if that makes sense.
Check out the Moot House and order some of their pretzel rolls or one of their signature cocktails. Worth your time, for sure! We will be back to try other menu items.

I started off with the cheese curds, which were very tasty. The sweet tomato sauce and tangy parsley aoli were a really a great compliment. The New York strip was perfectly medium and flavorful and the Brussels sprouts were a great side dish with a tangy and delicious flavor. Finished off with the creme brulee, which was good, but I wish it was warmer.

My wife and I went there recently for our anniversary. We have never been but heard good things from our friends. We both had the prime rib, which was fantastic! A worthy purchase, service was great and prompt, so was the food. The presentation of food was good as well. The only mistake that I noticed towards the end was that her prime rib was med-rare and mine was medium, which we wanted it the other way around. It was so delicious, it was honestly difficult to notice. A great place to hold a special event. I would definitely go there again.

Met a friend here for dinner during happy hour! It was great! We got a table right next to the fireplace. The service was quick and friendly. We had drinks, pretzels (the mustard was to die for!!) and brussel sprouts as appetizer, and then I had steak for dinner and my friend had a burger. Overall, a very good meal!

Haven’t been to the Moot House since I was a little kid & this revisit experience couldn’t have gone better! Exceptional service (Kelly C. crushed it, perhaps weird to say, but she even smelled good) super attentive service, friendly & helpful with the menu. We got the Prime Rib & Meatloaf, as one does, and they were both very tasty. Side veggies with the Prime Rib were surprisingly delicious. Also got the house margarita (great), a side salad & a cup of the French onion soup. I wouldn’t change a thing except save room for dessert next time! Excited to have a old/new spot to visit. This is why the Moot House has stood the test of time.
